Celebrating a lifelong commitment to each other, couples can choose from five packages all individually curated to include special benefits such as a civil ceremony, complimentary room upgrade, $100 hotel credit, professional photography session, couples massage and exclusive flower arrangements including bouquet and boutonniere.

Love Birds

This intimate set up gives the wedding couple to be VIP Status for the duration of their stay at the Harbor Club with complimentary welcome amenity available on arrival, a complimentary one-category room upgrade for the happy couple*, turndown service on the night of the wedding and $100 USD (£76 GBP) hotel credit that can be used against food, beverage, and luxurious treatments at The Spa Harbor Club. 

The wedding ceremony site and setup fees are also included within this package, which is available to book from $1,499** USD (£1,150 GBP).

Eternal Bliss

Extending the happy couple’s VIP status, this package builds on the Love Birds option with the addition of a late check out option on their final day at Harbor Club and a celebratory bottle of house sparkling wine. The couple to be will also see civil ceremony fees included here, as well as a double tier wedding cake and one-hour photography session with online image viewing available post the big day.  

This package is available to book from $2,299** USD (£1,764 GBP) and is based on a wedding party of up to ten people. Every additional guest is priced at $20 USD (£15 GBP) per person.

Enchanted Dream

Offering couples everything that Eternal Bliss does, this package adds an indulgent level of relaxation with a complimentary 50-minute couples’ massage at The Spa Harbor Club and an exclusive dinner for two at Harbor Club’s Asian-Caribbean fusion restaurant 14º North, which blends the rich flavours of both cultures to awaken the senses with local heritage dishes that are expertly infused with Asian spice blends (alcoholic beverages not included).

This package is available to book from $2,299** USD (£1764 GBP) and is based on a wedding party of up to ten people. Every additional guest is priced at $20 USD (£15 GBP) per person

Ultimate Enchantment

Exclusively coordinated by a Harbor Club wedding professional, this package offers unlimited email correspondence allowing those tying the knot to curate their perfect fairy-tale event. Enhancing the Enchanted Dream package, couples who select this will also benefit from a chef’s choice cold hors d’oeuvres platter and one signature drink or glass of house wine during the reception. 

The wedding couple will also receive an upgraded tropical bouquet and matching boutonniere, as well as co-ordinated Maid of Honour bouquet and Best Man boutonniere; a two-hour photography session will capture the atmosphere and a triple tier wedding cake will form the centre piece for celebrations. 

This package is available to book from $4,599** USD (£3,529 GBP) and is based on a wedding party of up to 25 people. Every additional guest is priced at $30 USD (£23 GBP) per person.

Couples looking to re-affirm their commitment to one another will love the simplicity of the Renewal of Vows package, which includes a civil ceremony, arrangement of and fees for the officiant, a bottle of house sparkling wine to toast the happy couple, a single tier celebration cake and all relevant ceremony set up fees that relate to the location. 

Couples can renew their vows at the Harbor Club for just $599** USD (£459 GBP).

A seven-night stay at the Harbor Club, Curio Collection by Hilton, Rodney Bay, starts from just £1,929* per person.
