Riviera Travel hosts first holiday of the year
Riviera Travel has completed its first holiday of 2021. 25 guests joined a five-day tour of the Peak District, for the first of 100 UK departures that Riviera has on offer up to the end of October.
The programme covers 12 itineraries, and includes destinations such as Norfolk, Devon, Oxford, the Scottish Highlands and Somerset. All tours, representing 94 scheduled departures, are for five or six days.
Four solo tours - to Norfolk, Cornwall, The Lake District and North Yorkshire - offer an additional six departures.
The Peak District stay includes guided tours of Chatsworth House and the spa town of Buxton, the opportunity to explore the local countryside and a journey on the Peak Rail heritage line.
All UK tours will be small group experiences, capped at 25 guests. Guests will travel in socially-distanced full-sized coaches that will be a maximum half-full. Stays are in select 4* or 3* hotels that are centrally situated in the local area.
